10 ways to use nuts in your cooking!

Almonds, peanuts, walnuts, cashews, macadamia, pekans, pistachios are some of the most popular nuts. There are delicious, nutritious, and loved by all of us. There is a large variety of dried nuts out there which are mostly consumed as snack, but did you know you could use them in you cooking too? Get your favorite nuts and prepare:

1.   A breading seasoning for meat recipes:  If you pan frying, prepare a breading seasoning and coat vegetables, chicken, meat or fish by grounding and mixing almonds, cashews, walnuts and peanuts and retain  moisture and crunchy texture of your food.   

2.   Homemade nut milk: All you have to do is soak your almonds, cashews, walnuts over night, blend them in your food processor with water and instantly you have created your homemade nut milk. In your cup add your sweetener of your choice. What’s healthier and tastier?

3.   Nuts butter: Just place  your favorite nuts in your blender machine for 3-4 minutes until there are buttered. Spread it to pancakes, crepes, toasts.   

4.   Chocolate spread: yummy!  Have you thought of making your own chocolate spread? Its super easy to make, plus is super delicious! Just place your hazels add a sweetener, vanilla extract, cocoa into your blender and finally spread it over a slice of bread or bananas, or crepes and enjoy!

5.   Flour nuts:  Prepare your own non gluten free flour, by  placing your favorite nuts (almond, cashew, walnuts) in your blender machine for 5 minutes until there are floured and use it to bake cakes and cookies.

6.   Sweets: Get your favorite nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts), place them in our your blender for 2 minutes, mixe them with  cononut butter and create a base for your raw cake.

7.   Cereal bars: You need a healthy and a quick snack? Try to make your own cereal bars at home! Its super easy to make. Just mix and bake nuts, cereals, dried fruits, honey, tahini and enjoy!

8.   Salads: Ground cashews and almonds and prepare a  dressing for your green salad and enjoy!. 

9.   Yogurt:  Prepare a topping for your yogurt by grounding and chopping pistachios, walnuts, almonds and honey and enjoy.
